Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship within the United Kingdom.
* Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (£3.99 or Free for orders over £50)
* Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (£6.99)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ELVARIS GLOBAL LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: As we ship domestically within the UK for UK customers, additional customs duties typically do not apply.

Damages
ELVARIS GLOBAL LTD ensures that all products are securely packaged for transit. In accordance with United Kingdom consumer laws, risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are delivered to you. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@elvarisglobal.com with photographic evidence so we can assist you with a replacement or a refund, and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
